Do you carry a Subcomcact, Compact, or Full size Gun

This is for your Concealed Carry, or Carry gun, not Duty Weapons.
Just curious to see how many actually carry a full sized gun these days. You can say what it is, or not, up to you.

So far all subcompacts with the exception of my Colt Pocket Hammerless'....they are "pocket pistols" but actually the largest (but thinnest) guns I carry.

Carry rotation includes: Beretta Px4 SC 9mm, Glock 26, Ruger LCR .38, 1903 Colt Pocket Hammerless, Dan Wesson .357 with 2 1/2 " barrel/shroud, and the occasional Glock 42.

S&W 642, CZ PCR, and Sig 239 rotate depending on dress, destination, mood..... Usually it's the 642 though.

Those divisions really are manufacture dependent and vary widely. However, I refuse to own much less carry anything I cannot get a full grip on (ALL fingers).

The gun I carry most is a 4" gov. framed 1911. Followed by a CCO sized 1911.

I almost exclusively carry subcompact pocket pistols these days. I love, love, love my big ol' bruiser guns. Steel 1911s or Alloy 9mm or even 17 round plastic fantastics....I just end up either leaving them at home or taking them off at work.

My job really limits what I can carry. Since I work 6 days a week, I never get used to carrying a full size gun on my time off unless I am hiking or going some place with a higher probability of needing more than what I can fit in my pocket.

Recently went back to a compact 1911, from a full-size Hi Power.

I normally carry a Glock 17 "and" a Glock 26.

I carry a full size Service 5" 1911 OWB
or a Commander 4.25" Compact IWB

Sub Compact would be a CCO 4.25" Bbl on the
Officers frame.

3"-3.5" would be Mircros in the 1911 'world.

If making a quick run to the store it's a Sig P238 in the pocket. Anywhere else is an XD9 SC . I just picked up a Shield 9mm and an LCR .38 that will added in to the carry rotation.

I guess I'm sub-compact (usually S&W Model 638 or Kel-Tec P32).

IMO the micro-nines / pocket pistols are smaller than Sub-Compact, but whatever.

A full size by preference because honestly it isn't that big a deal, but smaller if circumstances dictate.

I carry full size 80% of the time. I do carry a PPK or a Commander 1911 sometimes, but usually a P226, 92F, or a 1911.

What Happened?

People like me voted for multiple options. I carry everything from a Ruger LCP to a 1911 Government model, and very frequently so it's not even a matter of my main carry gun vs. the ones I carry every so often.

I rotate A XDM .40 when I can, a 30S, 19 or 27 IWB with shorts and a T shirt and a XDS .45, P938 or 642 for pocket carry.
