I think I'm going to start by tumbling my running my dirty brass in just water and some Dawn (always have that around anyways). Then I'll deprime and size my brass on my lee load master. Then I'll run it again in the tumbler
My range has nasty 40 grit dirt.
I always rinse the brass in a bucket then make a quick 1./2 hour pass (with wash and wax and citric acid) then let the brass dry before depriming.
After depriming I make another 1 hour pass with wash and wax and acid and my pockets are spotless.
(the lemi shine/citric acid really helps)
In the summer I put the cases on an old towel in the sun to dry (quick when its 105 outside) int eh winter I just sick them out of the way in the corner of a room. Dry in a day or so assuming the room is a reasonable temp.
I had an old media separator I used when dry tumbling, handy for getting out the pins. YOu will want to get a pickup magnet, they try to escape.
