Yes, and I always get something off . I never paid full price for any gun.

You won't get a discount if you don't ask... just don't be a jerk about it.

Buying at gun shops, I don't make specific offers... but I will ask politely if the dealer can "work" with me on price. Usually that routine results in a $10 to $20 price break on guns. I know one local shop that will discount any gun at least $10 simply by asking. You don't ask... you don't get it.

I respect dealers not willing to discount if they are tactful and respectful in how they respond, but I simply don't buy from dealers who are offended by offers and cop attitudes. Life's too short to deal with a**holes.

If they thought you were a jerk,cheap,penny pincher,rude, or whatever, then you would not get a "discount". All shops I have been to overprice their merch. For those of you think it wrong,pay more. I also have never paid sticker price for any of my 25 guns. Easily thousands of $, which means more guns!
