does anybody make grips for a Smith & weson 469?

I've got this one as a trial gun for rebluing. Got the frame a silver and slide a gloss with a matt on the top.. And the plastic factory grips just look terrible.

I can't find them anyplace and was wondering if anybody knew a place to look. I realize it's an old out of production gun so my options have got to be limited but hey..... it's worth a shot.

I'd love to see a pic of it when you're finished . I have a Pachmayr full grip on my 469 and it's a great improvement in comfort and looks ; I agree that the stock hard plastic panels are awful . I have no idea if they still make it , maybe try Numrich's if they don't ? I could take a pic of it in the AM if you'd like .

yea, pictures are always helpful if you remember..

Was the pachmayr a factory thing? I'll check numrich tomorrow and see if I can't find one. I don't really think anything can be much worse than the way it is now. Just seems so out of place.
