I have 2 SS S&W and 2 Blued S&W revolvers. All of them have wood grips. They just look better that way. I tried the Hogue rubber grip on one and hated it. The feel was good, but the gun looked like crap.
Does anyone else think that wood grips on SS revolvers looks funny?

I like wood grips on blued guns, mostly. Classic look.
But I really like black synthetic grips or dark grey/black laminates on stainless guns. Blonde on stainless REALLY looks bad to me.

Well, I understand that opinion vary, but I think this one looks pretty good. The grips are Spegal Boot Grips that will soon be replaced with Spegal checkered Coco Bolo Boot-Plus grips.
