Does anyone know what the first 4473s looked like in 1968? I'll bet some of you are old enough to have seen one or filled one out.
I've heard things such as that it was only one page and didn't have the questions, but I would like to confirm. I shudder to think what it will look like
when my 2 year old goes to buy his first.
I tried various record searches using government sites but found nothing.
I think if we could get ahold of a picture of one, it would be a good reminder of the slippery slope of tyranny, which currently is at about an 89.5 degree angle.
