Does anyone make a 45 colt wadcutter mold? I really enjoy shooting my wadcutters and I'd like to try some in 45 colt so does anyone make a mold.
fatcpa - I read the post to say wadcutter, not semiwadcutter.

Took a quick look at Matt's Bullets & thought his prices were kinda high.
$16/100 for 165gr Wadcutters?

Heck I can get jacketed for that price.
Well that all makes sense. I threw it out as I shoot a lot of 38 cal wadcutters in model 52It has been done, but there are issues.
It the bullet is bevel based, you lose the cutting effect.
The bullet shape that is in the case doesn't allow the bullet to expand and fill the chambers and barrel. The lack of a square base also affects the powder and charge, so you are on your own for development.
