Does anyone shoot Winchester Safari .375 H&H Magnum??

The rifle and caliber are very good. Depending on what your planning to shoot with it should determine the utility. 
It is about twice what a .308 puts out, but perceived recoil is very subjective. I restocked my M70 with an older Bell and Carlson (great big recoil pad and negative pitch) and it's now an easy shooter.
One way to look at it - you'll rarely be "under-gunned"..... .375 H&H is about the most versatile caliber out there.

I started shooting .375HH last year about this time. I've found that this vaunted cartridge is useful for anything from coyotes to elephants. I shoot a Winchester Model 70, and its both incredibly accurate and also extremely versatile. Here in Colorado, I can snapshoot jackrabbits and hunt elk on consecutive days with this rifle using different loads.
The recoil depends on the stock you choose. It is certainly heavier than a .308, but not painfully so. One day I put over 70 rounds downrange off the bench (hardly a recoil friendly situation!) and was no worse for wear.
However, I own a .308, and love it. Longrange steel, elk hunting, a truck gun... what's not to like! That being said, when I go to grab a rifle, for some reason that .375 is ending up in my hands.

It probably the most useful caliber for Africa - though not big enough for tuskers in some countries. Probably overpowered for NA game, except perhaps polar bear.
If you like it, why not? But it's expensive, and after years of shooting big bores I have permanent shoulder damage. The again, 2 or 3 boxed of 458 used to be my idea of a fun afternoon.

Ive got a Win M-70 Classic Safari Express in .375 H&H.
I have problems with overbore cartridges from the noise and blast, not really the recoil.
I dont mind the recoil or blast from the .375, its a heavy rifle and the "push" of the actual recoil is slow and long.
It aint no .308, however.
I wish my rifle was more accurate and precise, I get ~ 2 MOA 5 shot groups, and the differance in POI between 235 gr and 300 gr bullets is ~5 inches at 100 yds. The .375 is susposed to be known for accuracy and different weight bullets all shooting to the same POI, but that has not been my experience.
