Does this barrel assembly have an upper?

Im new to all this AR stuff, but Im thinking of buying a complete upper and building the lower on a striped reveiver. Maybe a delton kit.

Does this barrel assembly have an upper with it? It looks like it does, but doesnt say anything. Im not sure by the price, A bushmaster barrel assembly and complete upper is not much more, so I would think the Delton is a complete upper as well, but not sure.

I think ill end up going with their mid lenth kit, but just looking at all the options.

I'm not sure about del-ton in terms of quality, though. Perhaps someone else can chip in?

I have read nothing but good things about delton. I wondered about their barrels and the actual parts, but people in the know seem to think there good. I would get the chrome lined barrel for sure on whatever I get.
There are some significant savings with their kits. You just need to buy a stripped lower. You can customize with the accesories you want. I think im gonna go that route.
