does this lone wolf slide look broken to you?

I just got this this 34 lone wolf slide. I shot about 100 rounds though it but i really can't remember if came like this or ended up like this after shooting. I can't think of any reason it would be machined this way other than maybe to clear the guide rod ?

Looks too symmetrical. Why not call Lone Wolf and ask?
