The tang stamp is clear enough, it's a 3138CV.
I have two of those, one of which is the subject (in this forum) of an essay on applying patina to CV blades.
Given that this design is no longer being produced in CV, I would be inclined to spring the extra bucks. I paid about that for my second one. (First one made up for it, though, was a real bargain.)
You might wait quite a while for another one of those -- in that kind of shape -- to show up again.
