dominate eye

I shoot right handed but I am left eye dominant myself. I just lean my head slightly and all is well. I have a much better shot closing my right eye, however am trying hard to keep them both open.

I can't figure out which eye is dominant. I've tried some of the techniques but I end up having to "choose" which copy of the image to focus on.

You can learn to shoot with either eye, just work at keeping your head upright and level and the gun vertically aligned.
You want to keep your head upright to keep your eyes and their parallax straight and level and the gun vertical to keep the sights and barrel aligned.
