Done it! 200 lbs slingshot crossbow in action.

I think I found the limit of a slingshot crossbow that can be cocked without mechanical aids like winches.

I put the beastly 20mm speargun rubber on the medieval style crossbow. 200 lbs draw weight! It takes all of my considerable strength to load this weapon. It is insanely powerful.

I shot a 22 mm lead ball against a rock, it flattened it very much. The new diameter was 26 mm!

Those are some nice slingshots. What kind of accuracy get you get with them? Right now I only have a sling with nylon rope and a leather pouch. It's good for throwing a golf ball up to 60 yards, or a tennis ball a shorter distance

I used to have a fun slingshot but it broke.

The scope mount is very clever. Does it hold zero well with the 200-lb bands?

The scope works real well. The weapon kicks a bit, so you should not put your brow too close to the scope, but otherwise it is very solid.

My maximum shooting distance is about 20 yards. I am no target shooter, but will hit a shoebox size target with every shot, often right in the center.
