Pardon me for making a "dual post," but I just posted this in another thread and I thought it deserved to be a thread of its own.
There have been a lot of threads about how we as gun owners have lost everything. Then there are the replies like "you're all full of Doom and Gloom" and "a lot of the new Dems are pro-RKBA." Did the Dems who got "A"s from NRA get "F"s from Brady? I don't see the Brady Bunch wringing their hands about that. If I were them, I'd be panicking that a lot of Democrats who are PRO-GUN got elected. But I don't see them panicking.
SO, if what is being said on thehighroad about the young Dems is true, MAKE THEM PROVE IT. If you live in a district where one of them got elected, start your letter writing campaing immediately after they're sworn in. Make them publicly DENOUNCE the Brady Bunch, rather than silently answering the questions on the NRA questionnaire "correctly." Lets find out in January if we're full of Doom and Gloom, or if we really need to be worried about the new crop of Dems.......
In other words, rather than panicking online, get active in the real world. I know I'm gonna write my senators and congressman. Fortunately, one senator and my congressman are right on. My other senator is John RINO McCain.
