Dragon's Breath and Other Specialty Ammo...

I just watched a youtube video about Dragon's Breath shotgun shells, haha. I was just curious, what is in the round to make them ignite like that? And it also made me wonder if it was possible to reload ammo like this?

Also, is it possible to reload Flechette, Rhodesian Jungle, or Macho Gaucho to name a few different types...? Until just a few minutes ago, I had never heard of ammo like this, so like I said before, I'm just really curious if anyone reloads unique/odd/specialty ammo?
