What can you tell me about a Dumoulin Model 1906?

It's a double barrel, exposed hammer 12 ga. "Belgian Fine Steel" "Choke Bored" on the barrel. "T Dumoulin 8C" "Model 1906" on the receiver.

    Shootable? Collectable?

    Thanks!
