Luckily ---my dealer takes returns within 30 days.

I had to take back my beautifull Red Label because one of the pillars under the rib would slide just from wiping the gun down---I never ever got a chance to shoot the gun and it was NIB.

Needless to say---I wasn't going to replace it with another Red Label.

Atfer looking 'em all over real hard---I walked out with a NIB Browning Citori 12ga Superlight Feather(beautifull also)2.75in chamber---was also fairly well discounted---$1299.

It has the aluminium receiver with the hardened breech face.

Anyway---will this gun stand up to contant sporting clays shooting?? Or should I just save it for upland hunting??

My camo Nova is still there for waterfowl and turkey duties.

Thanks for all replies.

It will live longer than you will, and even if you are fortunate enough to put enough wear in the thing to even worry about there are ways to rebuild it to as good as new. Shoot it without a second thought.

The bad news is as light as it is I have a distinct feeling it is gonna knock the snot out of you with anything but powder puff loads. I shot a round of skeet with one belonging to a friend, SUPER nice gun but no fun to shoot much with standard loads. The 20 gauge ultra feather he has is even worse.....

A great hunting gun but a VERY light gun. Watch the loads and be on the lookout for a flinch sneaking up on you.
