You mean SAR? Made by Sarsilmaz in Turkey. Looks like they specialize in look alike guns.

One looks like an Hk USP
One looks like a Beretta Px4
One looks like a Walther P99
One looks like a CZ 75

I don't know if their copy cat looks go to function though.

I think they made a CZ 75 clone for Armalite though AR-24
