Out of over 10k items sold this month. That's acceptable. When you're doing business on that level, items lost or damaged in shipping can account for it. Then there's those customers who can never be satisfied.

I agree it looks like someone tried to break into it, and failed miserably. Given that they very obviously failed, I think that's a testament to it ability to keep people out. The person probably sold it because of the damage. To someone who doesn't mind the blemishes, it would probably be a good investment.

What do you say about the 10,117 positive comments that were made this month? That is 10,000 happy customers and 92 unhappy. You can't dismiss 10,000 HAPPY customers. that is perfectly acceptable and anyone who know the basics of business would agree.
