OTOH I have a Maxpedition Jumbo EDC that's full to the gills.
S&W Model 64 plus two speed loaders. In Wisconsin, CC is a class A Misdemeanor however unloaded in a zippered case is legal... so I may add a third speed loader to keep the round count up.
The HKS's hold Buffalo Bore 158 gr. LSWCHP-GC +P rounds.
CRKT Crawford Kershaw folder - it's got a thumb flipper. That's enough.

Hemostat
Scissors
Army pressure bandage & first aid kit
Small AM/FM/Shortwave radio
Handkerchief
Light meter
Leica IIIf camera with 3 lenses, accessories & film

It's over my shoulder everytime I go out the door.

Something kind of like this. I have a pocket holster for the J, I dont carry that knife anymore I have a smaller RUKO now or a TDI like yours plus a wallet. Sometimes I have the Hi Power added to this as well but I am usually carrying one or the other.

Revolver only? Ok, I can actually play in that league - Taurus CIA Ultralite 38 2" in a Mikas pocket holster.

I don't pocket carry a revolver much anymore since I got my Ruger LCP, but when I do I carry my LCR in an Uncle Mike's pocket holster.
I also carry my NAA .22 Magnum from time to time. It is a very handy little sucker to have on hand for those times that you need a gun that will completely disappear.

Most of yours is already on the belt, knife, snub and neck knife. I would swap the spray for a Speedstrip reload.
