Well, I tried for 10 days to get in to efile a Form 1 with no luck.
Anyone on the system saw that they were rebooting the system several times a day, and I hear that they were blaming people submitting "batches" of applications as the problem.
The eforms system now has a notice that the system is down and you should "paper file"

My last "paper file" took 10.5 months...
So anyone have any insight as to if this is long term, short term or do we just not know. I'd hate to submit a form 1 now and have the system come back on-line in a week.
