BATFE opens up eForms for Form 1 makings again

    Haven't gone and checked, since I'm not looking to file again any time soon, but it sounds like good news. Apparently they have two categories now, entities and individuals.

    Still no way to submit fingerprints electronically... you have to print off a cover letter and snail-mail the prints.

    If you have to mail the other stuff in then I don’t really see that using eForms would offer all that much of an advantage.

    Just the fingerprint card needs to be mailed in not the rest of it (according to the article). It should still be much faster than paper filing. Before 41F was announced I got two e-filed SBR's back in 10 and 12 weeks which really wasn't bad considering what we normally see for paper filing. And if they do in fact start processing form 4's again through the e-file system we might see wait times across the board decrease.
