took it out to day for a few shots to day not to happy with it all in all did find a maxi 320 that seamed to work with 100gr of 777

try 777 with "Power Belt" bullets. That is the pet load of a friend of mine for his Encore.

Don't remember the grain but I believe they had a plastic ballistic tip on them.

50 or 45 cal? I had one too, did not like it. Could not get the 50 so shoot worth a hoot. Sold the barrel.

as it is with most encores it really only likes shock waves the 250 with black sabot. to get that to work i had to cut the E-Z load off

I absolutly love my Super 209X45...(2) 50gr Pyrodex Pellets, and a 225gr Powerbelt...2" high at 100yds= 8" low at 200, but I can componsate that...That combo has kille around 12-15 whitetails, from anywhere between 30-200 yards, and they DROP, no tracking involved
