Not sure if this would go in hunting or BP Shooting. After missing out on a couple of deer last season while using my bow during muzzle loader season I bit the bullet and bought an encore endeavor. I will be using loose power instead of pellets and my question is about which bullet to use. I will be using it for Virginia whitetail hunting and I don't believe I will have a shot over 100 yards. I would like opinions on which of the following to go with.
-barnes expander mz in either 250gr or 300gr.
-hornady xtp
-t/c maxi balls or similar all lead conical
Has anyone used any of these in an encore?
