Well, I have been looking for a Seecamp LWS32 for a while for an additional pocket carry option, but could never find one locally. This weekend one of the local gun shops got in a used trade-in NAA Guardian .32ACP pistol. The pistol is a little scratched up, appears the person before carried it without a pocket holster in his pocket with keys, coins, etc., but not really bad at all. I gave it a good cleaning and polished it up a bit with some Mother's Chrome Mag cleaner. Looks pretty good now. From what I hear the NAA G32s are just a tad bit bigger in size than the Seecamp LWS32s and not quite as refined as the LWS32, but I found that the NAA G32 is a little bit smaller than the Kel-Tec P32 (the gun shop had some Kel-Tecs to compare size with). I just ordered 80 rounds of Corbon 60gr JHPs and 100 rounds of Hornady 60gr JHP/XTPs from CheaperThanDirt, so I'll just have to wait a little while to try it out at the range. I took a picture of it with my S&W 442 and G26, so everyone can get an idea how it compares in size. After I get a chance to shoot it, I'll start looking at pocket holsters to carry it in. Anybody have some recommendations on a good quality pocket holster (front pocket carry) for Seecamp/NAA/Kel-Tec sized semi-auto pistols. Thanks.

Nice looking carry collection there!

I picked up this used Guardian .380 just today. $275 for the pistol with original box, 2 mags, and a DeSantis case/holster thing didn't seem like too bad a deal... so I grabbed it before someone else did.

Hopefully it works OK, I won't get a chance to try it out until tomorrow.

Compared with the Seacamp, I think you have the better product.

I have owned both.

The NAA is in my hip pocket as we speak. A Colt Commander is on my hip though.

I've got a pair of the larger framed Guardians. A .380 that I bought slightly used a couple months ago and a .32NAA that I've had for about 4 years. Both are very nice guns and good shooters. I've never fired the smaller framed .32ACP Guardian, but if I find another deal on one I'm picking it up. I passed on one for 219.00 at a gunshow awhile back. Been kicking myself ever since.

I carry mine in a "cookie" front pocket holster from Ron Graham at Palehorse Holsters.

NAA makes a quality piece. I ALWAYS carry a NAA Mini in 22 Mag. (BUG or alone)
I have been looking for a 32, but around here they are hard to come by. I will add one as soon as I can find a good deal on one.

AZGlock13,

How much did you pay for your G32 please?

I love pocket pistols so I'd like to know what's a good price on a used one of those.

THANKS!

The $275 I spent on this used G.380 doesn't seem so well spent at the moment.

I took it to the range and attempted to shoot some Winchester Silver Tips, the pistol fired just fine... but the trigger reset spring broke... on the first dang round!

I took it back to the shop I got it from, they're shipping it to NAA at their expense. Maybe this is a good thing, maybe I'll get a reconditioned gun back from NAA...

I respectfully disagree with my friend saltydog 452, as the Seecamp
.32 caliber auto (LWS-32) is considered the leading pocket pistol for that
caliber. As you stated, the Seecamp is much more refined; and a wee bit
smaller than the NAA Guardian series. It took me a long, long time to come
across a NIB Seecamp; but when I did, I jumped all over it especailly for
the NIB price of $360 + tax (please take into consideration that I work PT
in a gun shop). I have never looked back; as it was love at first sight~!

However, the NAA Guardian .32 auto is an admirable foe. Originally, we
sold these NIB for $329 (retail); and could not keep 'em in stock. There
were NO problems associated with either pistol, and I can't seem to be
able too get either right now. I guess, its supply vs. demand. With many
demons out there in the Christmas rush, many folks are seeking out small
but reliable "pocket guns". The NAA Guardian and the LWS-32 from my
friend Mr. Larry Seecamp rate high in this regard. I'm very pleased to
learn of your satisfaction with your purchase. Enjoy~! :D ;)

What is the letter prefix of your new-to-you Guardian? There were problems with the magazine release on the early ones (serial numbers beginning with AA) and NAA redesigned the part. Switching out the old one for the new one was a simple process, even for someone like me who isn't great with tools. If you have one of the older ones and the previous owner didn't retrofit the improved magazine release you'll want to do it. Otherwise, the pistols would sometimes drop the magazine during firing, which can be socially awkward.

I bought a used NAA .32 acp. It was one of the old ones that dropped the mag when you shot it. Sent it back. They kept it for a while, and when I got it back, they had replaced the mag release plus about $200 worth of other parts and had some 'fluff and buff'. They said they 'upgraded' it as it had been an old model. Cost to me? Only the shipping ($10-12). It is now 100% in every way. It is (so far as it is legal) always with me either as primary or as backup. I love the lil thing!

Thanks for the congrats! Sorry for the late response. I paid $280 out-the-door. Sounds like I got a so-so deal on the price I guess. I just wish mine looked a little more LNIB cosmetically like yours do Spyvie and rantingredneck. Oh Well. Mine is in the AB series (AB3###). Joe Demko, Yep I read about the mag release issue on the older ones (AA and AB series) on NAA's website. If I remove the grips, can I visually tell if it has the older style release or the newer style release? Thanks. There sure are a lot of pocket holster options out there.

Once they're in place, the releases look the same. The difference is in the little hook part that protrudes into the magazine. Unless they were out of the gun and side by side, I couldn't tell you which was which. Sorry.

That's actually not bad. I've seen them going for as much as 320.00 plus tax used here. The one I saw for 219 was in great shape and it was a screaming deal. Should have taken it. I had just bought my .380 and a Keltec PLR16 at the same gunshow though, so my cash was gone. Would have had to whip out the plastic, which I try to avoid.

I paid $380.00 out the door for my .380 (irony, I love it). It was LNIB, previous owner had fired two rounds through it, didn't like the recoil and sold it back to the dealer he bought it from along with the other 18 rounds of ammo from the one box he bought at time of sale. I got the gun, hard plastic box, paperwork, extra mag and 18 rounds of Eldorado Starfire JHP's for $380.00.

My .32NAA I bought new not too long after they first came out. I got it for 390.00 out the door. It came with the cardboard type box and desantis gun rug/holster and extra mag. Later Guardians were shipped with the hardside plastic box you see in that picture.
