Watched and episoed of Bull****! and was stunned by a part where Penn elaborates on Engels' view of the communist revolution. We spend so much time worrying about the Marxist violent revolution, and it's Engels' slow revolution that's being pushed on us.

And at every stage, as the communism spreads, the gun rights co-incidentally erode the same amount. In the USA and Canada both some areas are more communist than others, and co-incidentally they make it the hardest to own a firearm. And around the world, it's taken a generations of people schooled by the government and losing their independence, and then schooling others in the name of the government to lose even more independence, over and over, until we are finally at the point we are at now.

Worrying stuff. Wonder if it was a 5th column sort of Soviet deal to infiltrate key areas of society like teachers and unions and teacher's unions, or just human nature's self-destructive ways. Or both.

Engels: ~~ Communist revolution will come through -
Progressive taxes heavy inheritance tax; increased gov't control of banking, transportation, communication, and most importantly education - children going to public schools at gov't expense, citizens could be taught to give up self-interest for benefit of society.

It may have started due to the old law “those that can’t DO, Teach”. Going back in time a significant percentage of the teachers did not have the skills and or the motivation to make it in the business world so they read books and “taught” what they themselves could not do. These people tended to not truly understand the way the world works so they fell for the liberal ideas. Today it’s a clear strategy of the left as it is in all socialist/communist countries. Kids can be taught to believe anything if you start teaching them when they are very young. The very bad news is that in most cases when the kids grow up to be adults this false knowledge they have can not be undone. If we as a free country do not take back control of our schools from the socialist deceivers we will soon loose this great republic.
