Engraved grip panel

I'd like to get an anodized aluminum Ruger 22/45 grip panel engraved for a gun I'm planning to gift to a family member. I've tried a local Google search but I'm coming up empty. In the old days I seem to recall taking small metal parts to the jeweler for engraving but these days the mall jewelers are really just retail storefronts.

Anyway, not looking anything fancy, just a name, maybe in a cursive style. Any ideas where I could get something like that done?

Most older trophy retailers or older jewelers with a storefront will still have a pantograph engraving machine. Also, a talented person with a computerized engraver could handle it.

You'll usually only find computerized engravers in trophy or sign shops.
