I've had pretty good luck with fitting an Uberti cylinder to an old Euroarms...it's been a while, but as I recall when I tried swapping the cyllinder out of one of my Piettas, it would bind.

I've never had that problem as I carefully and thoroughly inspect any gun that I have an interest in buying. The seller must have seen YOU coming!

He's in England, and probably did the whole transaction over the computer, never physically meeting the former owner. They don't have the advantage of having a gun show to wander through, like we do. besides, even with having to buy a cylinder, it's not a terrible deal. I DO wonder how them chambers got split, though. Anyone want to bet someone was trying smokeless ?

im back ,did meet the guy when i bought the gun ,i did inspect the gun but didnt see any splits they are hair line splits i think they happened since i bought the gun as i didnt see then before .would a Uberti cyilinder fit?
