Instant crowdpleaser.

Crowd pleaser indeed. We do that once or twice a year on my private land. You need a good flame to ensure that the gas will ignite, otherwise the force of the gas escaping can extinguish your fire. I take a roll of TP and soak it in gasoline.

I have a 2X4 framework at the backstop of my range. We hang old mower blades from the top of it with parachute cord. When hit, they ring like a gong, then conveniently reset themselves.

If you are going for accuracy Ritz crackers or NECO's, with NECO's you can just shoot the flavors you do not like. If you want spectacular N cheap look at the other post they are all better ideas.

One of my favorites is plastic easter eggs filled with whatever you desire (I've found it helpful to wrap the seam of the egg with electrical tape after filling) Set up an old sawhorse and predrill a bunch of holes across the top to accept golf tees and simply place the eggs on the tees. (hot glue isn't a bad idea here if you feel like messing with it) If you staple some cardboard on the back as a background, it's fun to put paintballs on the golf tees and pick em off with a 22....the cardboard behind it gets a nice paint splatter when you hit it

Got a steel

resetting target for .22.
Hit a target and it flips up, after all 4 are flipped there is another to flip all 4 back down.
It was <$30.00 from Sportsman's Guide.
Should last generations w .22.

Yeah I get them free and just go to the store and buy the cheapist fine white powdery stuff they have. Powder, sugar, powder, all puffs nice.

When I was a teenager, I heard that if you did the following, you would get a nice fireball.
(1) wrapped a can of spray paint in toilet paper
(2) shook up the can wrapped in toilet paper
(3) lit the end of the paper on fire
(4) ran off
(5) shot it with a shotgun

It worked well the one time that I tried it, but for some reason, it wasn't as fun as blowing up old fruit with bottle rockets.
