This is an amazingly cool vid, he created a "reverse periscope" to view an AK-47 7.62x39 fired underwater, and filmed it with a high speed camera (27,450 FPS)

The video not only features amazingly cool video footage,but he goes into the physics behind the shot! it's cool and edumacational too :)
 
That guy has the best youtube channel ever made. Thanks for posting...I've now watched a dozen more of his videos and shared them with a lot of people...very smart and entertaining guy.
 
I've got one word for people who cannot hold a camera steady (which is real, real easy if you try):

Tripod. Or hand the camera to someone who can hold it steady.

I got about 30 seconds into this and just couldn't watch it anymore.

That is really cool. Already knew this part, but seeing how far that round traveled really kills the "hero hiding under water with bullets cutting bubbly paths through the water around him" scene in every other action movie.

Also, if you are ever in an SD situation near a body of water, hop in and swim down and you stand a decent chance.
