Anyone have one? How reliable are they? Can magazine extensions be bought for them? where? also are spare barrels available in various lengths? anyone know where parts/accessories can be had?
I have an opportunity to get one of these shot guns in trade but was wondering about these things.

If this is the pump-action shotgun HK is marketing, it is an 870 clone.

At least that was what I told the HK sales rep who was trying to get the store I worked at to carry it...

He was not amused. ;)

HK has dropped the Fabarms products and they have been picked up by SIG. The FP6 is a very light, well built pump shotgun that bears only token resemblance to an 870. We did extensive testing on them and found them to be reliable and an excellent choice. The light weight made recoil more of an issue but it was managable. There aren't many out there and there are few aftermarket accessories available. We tested the tactical version that came with interchangable chokes and it was pretty good at the trap range as well as the combat course.
