After reading some of the posts on here I was reluctant to order from factory sales. Well i searched around and couldn't come close to their prices. (classic turret >$90) placed my order Friday and everything is on my porch Wednesday! Awesome experience from factory sales will definitely order from them again.
 
That parallels my experience with Factory Sales. I only ordered from them one time, but it was a great experience. Unbeatable prices, quick shipping. No complaints from me.
 
All factory sales orders used to be drop shipped direct from Lee.

If the item is not in stock, your going to have to wait for the next scheduled production run. If you order multiple SKUs, it can take months.

Perhaps things have changed and Lee is making them carry inventory now.
 
I've ordered from them 4 or 5 times and they've shipped on time and for a good price all those times....I'd recommend them.
 
I ordered from Factory Sales recently and got my shipment in under a week. I placed my order online Sunday July 3th and it was at my house that Friday. My only complaint with them is that they filled my order on the 4th! Don't make your people work on July 4th! Oh, and shipping was not free or even cheap.
 
I live in Alberta and have placed a couple of orders with them and I have to say that the service has been excellent. The prices are about 1/2 of retail in the local stores and I got my shipments in about a week. The shipping costs were quite reasonable for an international order (~$60)
 
I've ordered from them a fair bit and have nothing but confidence in them. I do price/shipping shop between them and Natchez and they typically win on the total.
 
I live in Alaska and have used Factory Sales in the past. Won't anymore. Maybe things have changed, but the shipping on a set of dies was $23. I order direct from Lee and no matter what I order they only charge me $4 for shipping!
 
I ordered a $2.50 lid for a Lee Load All which is small and weighs a few ounces. The shipping (UPS ground) was $12.00.
 
$21 sounds a bit high to me. UPS should be around $15. There shipping was about cost 6 months ago but they got high.
 
i ordered a lee classic turret and 2 sets of dies (38sp and 45 colt) from them. I ordered it on a Sunday and on Monday afternoon got a confirmation email. Logged into their site that night and the order was marked SHIPPED.

Friday and still no product or email with the tracking #. Called them and was informed that the 45 colt dies were on Backorder and NOTHING had shipped.

Wasn't too happy with the fact that niether the confirmation email or logging into the site let me know that the colt 45 dies were backordered. Also most companies I have dealt with ship what is in stock now and backorders later. Factory sales refused to ship any until they got the 45 dies.

They did however exchange the 45 colt dies for another set of 38's (i wanted 2 anyway one for 38sp and one for 357s) and shipped the order that day. I had it then in about 4 days.

Shipping was high, but even including that they were the cheapest I could find. I had about $200 worth of stuff though. I don't think their prices would be very good on a small order.

A side note...i went and ordered the 45 colt dies from natchez shooting supply and got them in a few days....their prices are only slightly higher than factory sales.

Knowing what I know now I would probably order from Natchez. I just don't appriciate Factory sales putting on their site that my order had shipped when it did not.

However if their is enough of a price difference I would give them another shot....just be sure to check with them if you do not get a tracking number the day after you place the order
 
I've only ordered once from FS, and it took about 10 weeks.

Always price check Midway.... Their shipping has come way down since they started offering USPS delivery.

Always Google " midway promo code " before placing your order, as they can often be found. There's two codes available now through the end of July, and I just saved $20.
 
I tried to order from FS a couple years back.
They charged my credit card the instant the order was placed (as opposed to when the items ship).
Then they sent an email saying that the order could take 3½ weeks to process.
I tried to cancel but they wouldn't respond to phone calls or emails.
Fed up, I initiated a merchant "charge back" with my bank. That seemed to get their attention.

I find it interesting that they can undercut every other retailer in the US by a huge margin.

I just received my order from Factory sales today. Very pleased. Shipped fast enough. Complete Challenger breech lock press kit for $112 to my door.

I will buy from them again.
