So the internet is all abuzz about the VP9 test failure on MAC. However, keep in mind this is one persons test on ONE pistol! Of course the bashers come out of the woodwork condemning the entire design based on the poor performance of this one sample. Well, how do the other designs fare? Hmm, let's see:
Here's a Sig P226 that broke after 2 rounds were fired:

Here's an M&P that suffered a KB failure:

Glocks always work after being submerged, right?

Beretta 92s don't always work that well either and I can vouch first hand for them being jammed up with dirt:

Walther P99s apparently have magazines that fail:

Walther PPQs have problems that can't be fixed:

Now of course, there are plenty of samples that work just fine. I ought to know since I own most of those same designs that have failed in these videos that other owners have had problems with and I've never had issues with them. But, to use the logic that many of MACs viewers use to claim that the VP9 is a bad design based on this ONE sample yet ignore failures of other designs is highly hypocritical. Bottom line is that a test of ONE failing sample is NOT definitive of the entire design.
