Just thought I'd share this. I noticed today when buying fireworks for the 4th of July (only a couple days left for buy one get one free which I always do - especially with the amount I need annually) - that there is a new product... or at least I've never noticed it before.
I've seen the "smoke grenades" in the past where they were shaped like a grenade, but had a fuse. This is new - no fuse. You pull a string..... so I had to try it to see what it was all about... and at $2.99 I figured what the hell.
I bought 2 (paid for 1), and tried them at home in the back yard. They're so-so. Not anywhere near the real deal.... but who knows if they might be useful for training... or paintball... or to smoke-screen your house in a SHTF situation at minimal cost.
anyways... check it out.
bear in mind it is a novelty (in case you missed the fact that it LOOKS like a novelty)... but it's not half bad I'll admit for 3 bucks (or $1.50 if you get them during buy one get one)
