Turns out that there will be no charges filed against the NJ father (and NRA Instructor) who posted on Facebook a picture of his son holding a S&W 15-22. http://news.yahoo.com/no-charges-case-nj-boy-pictured-gun-211243222.html;_ylt=Av83w.k3mqb.Ex3GyBeJXk8JVux_;_ylu=X3oDMTIxaWw5MG51BG1pdANBVFQgV2lkZ2V0cm9uIEhvbWUgMDMyMDEzBHBvcwM1BHNlYwNNZWRpYUF0dFdpZGdldHJvbkFzc2VtYmx5;_ylg=X3oDMTFpNzk0NjhtBGludGwDdXMEbGFuZwNlbi11cwRwc3RhaWQDBHBzdGNhdANob21lBHB0A3NlY3Rpb25z;_ylv=3
Whew, I was worried about the safety of the NJ Social Services workers and the local government if they tried to press this case. Sounds like the local PD accompanied the social worker who demanded to get access to the father's gun safe, but they acted professionally, unlike the social worker.
