    Tragic, and as I wing a prayer in the right direction for the youngster's full recovery...I have to ask: Why in blue bloody hell did he have a loaded hunting rifle in a mobile home!? Did he not understand that even a .30-30
    can penetrate two or three trailers endways?

    The drug conviction notwithstanding...the guy is an idiot. Maybe he was trying to unload the rifle while under the influence of his "product."

    Unfortunate for the child, but if the guy is an adult and he is a felon and owns a firearm then he should go back to jail.
