I use a Lyman #55 measure, and IMO, it throws all powder types as accurately as any, when used as designed. You really can't beat it for the money.

The best powder measure I have ever used.

Little Dandy by RCBS, then there is Ohaus, and Herters, lots of Herters, Uniflow by BCBS and the Lyman, I have both the black and orange, and Dillon, lots of Dillon's, mounted on tool heads. No Lee powder measures, but I do have one Redding powder measure.
