I was intrigued by the Rohrbaugh, however after reading a bunch of posts on their forum I convinced myself I didn't need to spend a grand on a gun that doesn't work.
Most of the posts over there are about failures and how to make the darn thing work. I can do that for far less money. I guess if you spend enough money you can convince yourself anything is good.
I didn't spend that much on my HK's and they operate reliably. I expect my "new to me" cheap little Kel-Tec P32 will be quite similar.
Stay away from Kahr, after sending my PM9 back to the factory 2X and experencing their TOTAL lack of customer service... I was happy to sell the gun at a loss.
Failures to:
Fire, chamber, extract, and Edject.
0-550 rounds by multable shooters from nonshooters to an FBI firearms instructor. 3 different mags... gun and mags new from the factory.
The three smallest guns I carry are (in order of most used)
SigP239
Glock 23
Walther PPK
The PPK makes a great pocket pistol but my size allows me to usually carry larger guns, i.e. Sig P220, 1911 Commander, Berretta Px4, SigPro2340 etc. I'd rather carry a bigger gun and stop a threat, than just to piss it off. Sadly I often feel as though I'm not carrying enough gun with just one of the above...

Should have sold it to me. I love mine and would buy another in a heartbeat. My experience with Kahr's Customer service was 180 degrees from yours. Dottie Herold at Kahr took great care of me and my PM9. I have read positive reviews about her on several internet forums....and now have a P45 to keeep it company.
