Lots of pitfalls here.
That's way too high for any used FEG pistol, period. (Even the P9M SA.)
There are three basic types of FEG 9mm pistol: 1) Models based on the S&W M-59; 2) Models based on the P-35 Hi-Power; and 3) Models that combine features of both. The closest thing to a true Mk II Hi-Power is the P9M SA, if I recall correctly.
I've owned several FEG handguns over the years, but I don't have even one now. In general, the 9mms are made pretty well, as are the pocket pistols. The GKK (.45 ACP) I had was made from soft steel. It ate magazine catches like a kid eating chicken nuggets.
The biggest knock on FEG products is the impossibility of finding any of the propietary parts these days. SSME was able to sell me parts to the GKK at first, but they dried up.
