I have here that Pa has feral hogs. Does anyone know the best counties to hunting them in? Are they on state land? Are their farmer there that I can contact?

I know there are feral hogs in northern PA(North West of Scranton). Its part of how they got a foothold in NY. Pigs are both wild and on game farms in PA. As far as farmers with private land who want them gone..well...they don't seem to advertise much. This link may help you http://128.192.20.53/nfsms/ running a google will work too.
Yes bunch of hunting reserves and many got loose, try Tioga County, here is hunting reserve over there: http://www.tiogaboarhunting.com/pictures.htm

My word!!! $500-900$ to kill a hog? At those rates I've easily fed the vultures and coyotes a $100,000$ worth. But here in Texas they are mostly regarded as vermin, not trophys.
