Looking at a nice black powder conversion gated pistol.Need an FFL here in socal.I can put up with the stinking taxes but to have to pay $125.00 plus transfer fee's bites.Anyone help.

There're quite a few in Socal; call around to check on their rates. Go to Yelp (http://www.yelp.com/) and search FFL in Los Angeles or San Diego wherever you're located; you see the list plus ratings. I've used Fort Courage in Simi Valley, and EBR Works in Ventura county for all my SSE. Good luck.
