Does anyone live in Washington State and have tried to get an FFL in the last year or two? If so any advise for someone trying to get his?
I have read that trying to get a FFL out of your home is hard, burt it can sometimes be easier if you try to go at it using the gunsmith angle.
Has anyone tried buying one of those FFL kits that the advertise on line? Most of the informations they seam to be selling can be found at the BATF web site.
I would like to get an FFL so that I can start selling hand guns in my little town. At present there is not a shop that sells them so I would have a little niche that could make me some extra dough, plus I would save on my own wepons purchases. My house is zoned mixed use and I have already talked to the zoning commision and they cant find any reason why I could not be a transfer agent from my house.
Any thoughts? Exeriences??
