Help! If I buy a long gun from the posting on this web site, does it have to be sent to an FFL? What are the rule, please. Thanks for the help.

It also depends on state YOU live and AND state the seller lives in.
Basicly unless you both live in same state and your state allows face to fact (FTF) sales you will need a FFL. That is short answer and does not address exceptions.

+1 larry_minn, but to clarify - an FFL on the receiving end - not on the selling end.
