FIE e380?

Hi, My Dad purchased one of the above mentioned and I am not able to find any instructions for it. It seem to have trouble going into battery when the magazine is first inserted. Does anyone have any info on these?

Looks like the auction ended earlier in December. I was kind of shocked that I can't find a PDF anywhere. Is FIE out of business? They don't seem to have a web site.
