I had held out as long as I could, but with current conditions being what they are, I could no longer afford to keep my beloved Sig P226. How I loved that hot little .357 Sig caliber, but alas, it is nowhere to be found nowadays (in MA anyway). It's been about 6 months since I've been able to shoot it, which even in the pre-Sandy Hook pandemonium, was infrequent at best. :(

That being said, the new Kahr PM9 I have on order should be enough to ease SOME of the guilt...

Are you really finding 9mm easier to get than 357Sig? I've stopped shooting my 9's completely since I haven't seen 9mm on the shelf for 4 months. 357Sig is available online, and for no more than most 9mm ammo.
It occurs to me that they may not ship to MA, though, so I guess ya do whatcha gotta do.

Believe it or not, yes. Bought a box today when I did the transaction. They had a one box limit, but there were about 12 boxes there (and fairly reasonably priced at $15). 357 Sig was a rare find before, and now it's akin to seeing a white buffalo. And yes, shipping restrictions to MA pretty much kill hopes of getting ammo online. The worst part is, it's actually LEGAL to ship ammo to MA, but companies are too afraid to given the overarching, draconian laws that pertain to the rest of our firearms laws.

One of the reasons I have never get too interested in .357 SIG pistols is because of ammo availability, even well before this latest dry spell.
