It's a Bushmaster XM15-E2S (what E2S means, I don't know)

It has the Magpul MIAD, Center Industries 30 round mag with a Magpul rebuild kit, Aimpoint CompM, and a 1:9 5.56 Nato HBAR profile barrel.

Any information on this setup would be appreciated.
 
It's hugely unreliable. Bushmaster QC has gone down in the past year, as has anything MagPul produced. The Aimpoint is a poor copy for an optic, and the 5.56 barrel WILL NOT cycle .223 ammunition.

:D FINE setup. A little unusual for a full-length AR to have a holosight on it, but there's nothing there that isn't solid. :) E2S is basically Bushmaster's standard model full-length AR. The MIAD (and curved trigger guard) are both hailed as fine additions to any AR, as is the mag rebuild kit (although some swear by the new MagPul PMags too).
 
I picked it up for 854 out the door, the outside finish of the aimpoint is rough, but the glass is clear, as is the dot. Was told it has 200 rounds through it. Looking at the bore, I believe it. It also has a hard chrome bolt.
 
there are a lot of aimpoint clones out there. i've hear good and bad things about them. good price for the combo if it's a real aimpoint. have you shot it yet?
 
Sadly no, I haven't shot it, I got it just under 13 hours ago. I guess I could make sure it's a real aimpoint by calling them with the serial number next to Aimpoint CompM that's written on the battery case. Seems like a real one, though.
 
i believe the bright white "aimpoint" logo ones as seen on ebay are the fake ones.

i own a olympic AR and ofcourse a few members on here said olympic is junk
i'm very happy for you!i'm sure your just as proud of your rifle as i was when i got mine last week!
 
Got a shipment coming in from midway, flip open covers for the aimpoint, a dpms detachable rear, and another in ring riser to bring it to a lower third cowitness setup.

The trigger will come soon enough, but I didn't figure on getting an AR now, but it had a good setup, so I got it. I also plan on buying pmags from now on after what I've been reading about them on the BEnos forums.
 
bazooka is right since i got mine all i've is look at different style top-ends.
i kinda have my heart sett on a 20inch a2 style lightwieght
