Finding reloading dies in Kansas City?

Trying to find a source of 7.62x54R reloading equipment in Kansas City. Would order online but I don't trust the mail right now (it's been almost three months since I filed for my tax return and nothing yet).

Anyone know where I can find the stuff? And I mean everything? Including a press?
