Is it my eyes going bad, or are the locks on those pistols slightly different? it appears to me that the distance between the lock and the visible ramrod are different, as are the springs on the locks? or is that a trick of perspective and camera angle?

your not wrong, both locks are hand made, so not quite identical

the musket is 60 cal and the pistols are 68 cal and they are stocked in curly maple also did a blunderbuss out of that same plank of wood, next another wheel lock pistol in walnut

not a bad way to spend my retirement
