It was rainy and cold today so i took my bench (table) inside and screwed a piece of plywood to the top. Actually the wood was a closet door. I used freeze plugs that are used in engines to hold the rest. I hot glued the plugs to the wood while the rest was sitting them. After the glue dried, i used Thompsons water seal and 'proofed'it. The rest doesnt move on the wood and the table is pretty solid now. Hope to try it out tomorrow.
