At that price (excluding shipping), each round is 32 cents. At Wal-Mart, you can get Federal 180gr .40 in a Maroon/red box for about this price, sometimes slightly less at 29/30 cents per round. Not sure about your situation, but Wal-Marts around here always seem to have .40 in stock and at a competitive price. Shoots just fine out of my P229. I've had identical results with Remington UMC 180gr at the same price, although the Remington seemed to be a bit dirtier. Not a real problem since I clean it when I'm done.
I seem to get better results using the heavier weighted ammo in terms of accuracy. Shooting at 10 yards there's no difference, but when I go out to 50 I have more trouble with the lighter bullets (165s). Could have been just a fluke that day, I only had 2 boxes of it. I suppose it depends what distance you'll be shooting and how your gun responds to it. 155 seems a bit light for .40 range ammo, but for punching holes, the paper won't care.
I haven't used Fiocchi pistol ammo, but I have used it in my AR. Decent quality. If the price numbers work out for you, try it out. It certainly won't hurt.
